BLOOM POLICIES
At Bloom, we believe the process of making art is more important than the outcome. When children take charge of their own creative process, they practice critical thinking, make their own decisions, and build confidence along the way. I strive to offer an open-ended experience where children are invited to use the materials presented to create their ideas at their own pace. Prompts are set up to stimulate creativity and I will do the prep, set up, facilitation, and clean up. This means that as parents and caregivers, you get to connect, enjoy, and follow your child’s lead, offering support where needed. Helping children to achieve their ideas, without doing the work for them.
Bloom Art Studio Policies: Upon signing up for a Bloom Art Studio class, you agree to the following policies:
· CLASS WAIVER MUST BE SIGNED BEFORE CHILD IS ABLE TO ATTEND CLASS. Each of your children need a waiver, but you only need to fill out the waiver your first visit unless something changes.
· All payments are required to be made on or before the first class session. You can pay online upon registration or payment must be made at the beginning of first class.
· Parent(s) and non-mobile siblings under 12 months are welcome to join free.
· Drop-off is available for fully independently potty-trained children, 5 years old and up.
· You are to only bring your child for the hours of this session. We do not offer early drop off or aftercare. Any late pickups are subject to late fees.
· Please do not arrive early for your scheduled class. Sometimes I’m filling paints and setting up down to the wire!
· Cancellation/Missed class Policy:
1. Full payment is due at the time of enrollment or at the first class. If you need to cancel, a refund will be issued if cancellation is done two weeks or more prior to start of scheduled session (*see camp refund policy for camp registration)
2. There are no refunds for missed classes. If a class is cancelled due to weather or my illness, an extra class will be added to the schedule if possible or a refund will be given.
3. A class that does not reach an enrollment of at least 5 children will be subject to cancellation by the studio and a full refund will be issued or the participant will have a choice to enroll in a similar class if possible.
· Bloom Studio reserves the right to decline a family from attending due to overall disruption to the class or harm caused to other children.
